Ms. Theodotou is a filmmaker and entertainment attorney. She started a management company for musicians and groups as a result of her successful client representation and their repeated requests for management and agency services and  folded the management group into the Raven Group of companies, an entertainment including Raven Music Group, Inc. (RMG), Raven Films, Raven Theatricals and Ravenous Publishing.  Her work as a producer and director resulted in her projects being screened in Europe and North American and broadcast on ViVA and MTV Europe. She opened her own film company NYXFILM and began writing, directing and producing her own fiction and documentary films that have toured the indie film festival circuit garnering awards and nominations for “Best of” and “Experimental” categories on every project. 

Her screenwriting has also won awards including placing in the New Century Writer Awards, an official selection in the "Good to Go" Program sponsored by the Female Eye Film Festival in Toronto, and was an official quarterfinalist in the Francis Ford Coppola Zoetrope Studios Screenplay Competition. She was named a finalist for the GCAC Fellowships in Media in 2013.

Her work in mixing various kinds of media has been a long time passion. She wrote, directed, co-produced “ABADDON” which was produced into a graphic novel, theatrical production she took to off off Broadway in NYC as well as a film that toured the indie circuit and gained an Indie Spirit Award for the Toronto’s Planet Indie film Festival. Her other multi media projects, Both Cinemagraphic Novels, STARK JUSTICE, nominated as best experimental film in several festivals, and PANDORA, were produced into short form films. Pandora was released as a graphic novel in 2019 and in development for an episodic TV drama.

Pam currently practices law with Baker Hostetler. Along with her work at Byrd Polar and Climate Center she is a faculty member at her MFA Alma Mater CCAD.

Tom Starker is an executive Producer and creative collaborator in both the film and TV divisions. His reality TV series FOOS is currently in development.
