Pam Theodotou

Pam is a filmmaker and entertainment attorney. In her early career she started a management company for artists and then opened her own music label distributed by BMG. In 2000 she transitioned to her own film company NYXFILM and began writing, directing and producing fiction and documentary films that have toured the indie film festival circuit garnering awards and nominations for her writing, directing and cinematography.
Her screenwriting has also won awards including placing in the New Century Writer Awards, as well as an official selection in the "Good to Go" Program sponsored by the Female Eye Film Festival in Toronto. She was also an official quarter finalist in the Francis Ford Coppola Zoetrope Studios Screenplay Competition and a quarter finalist in the Stage 32 screenwriting competition. She was also named a finalist for the GCAC Fellowships in Media.
In 2013 she earned her MFA in film at CCAD, teaching at the college for 4 years and in 2015 she premiered the film "BYRD 1933" at the Wexner Center for the Arts. She continues to write and develope her own works for film and television with industry partners and fellow creators.
Pam currently practices law with Baker Hostetler. She also has been a media specialist for the Byrd Polar and Climate Research Center since 2013, making films and media in support of science and information about climate change.
